Practical guide

Register a company online in Morocco: DirectEntreprise

DirectEntreprise is the official electronic company-creation platform. An online registration route does not mean every signature, licence or banking step can be completed remotely.

What the official platform does

OMPIC describes DirectEntreprise as an interface connecting procedures with commercial-register courts, DGI, CNSS and the Official Printing Office, and announced national rollout. Sociora is a private service provider, not the public portal or a government authority.

Prepare before opening a file

Define the actual activity, legal structure, shareholders, manager and proposed registered office. Prepare alternative names and check availability. Reserving a name does not incorporate a company. A regulated activity may require checks separate from the formation filing.

Confirm the route for your situation

Ask which route covers your founder profile and legal structure, who may submit the file and how signatures are obtained. Confirm the document list and tasks outside the platform. Do not send identity documents or administrative login details through our public form.

Verify completion rather than submission

Retain acknowledgements and check the documents and identifiers actually issued, not just a “submitted” status. Request a list of open tasks: banking, activity-specific formalities and initial accounting and tax follow-up. A processing time quoted for complete files is not a guarantee for your project.

Need support?

Describe your needs without sending sensitive documents. We will agree the next step together.
