Short answer

How long does it take to register a company in Morocco?

According to OMPIC, a complete file submitted online through DirectEntreprise is processed in three days on average, sometimes in under 24 hours. Add preparation time for the name, articles, registered office and signatures — and, for foreign founders, any document legalisation.

Delays usually come from incomplete files. That's what we prepare with you. See the process.

How it works

How our support works

Four stages, in plain English.

  1. Tell us about your project

A two-minute form: legal form, shareholders, city, activity.

No documents needed at this stage.

  2. We qualify and price it

A call, WhatsApp or email, then an itemised quote: professional fees on one side, official fees on the other.

  3. We build the file

Name reservation, articles of association, registered-office solution, document collection and signatures.

  4. Filing and follow-up

Online filing by an authorised professional, followed through to your identifiers (RC, IF, ICE) and CNSS registration.

Filing arrangements are specified in the quote.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum share capital for an SARL?

No. Since the 2011 reform (Law 24-10), the SARL has no legal minimum capital. Very low capital can make banking and supplier relationships harder, though. More.

Is an SARL the same as an LLC?

It's the closest local equivalent: a limited liability company where shareholders' liability is limited to their contributions. The legal regime is Moroccan (Law 5-96), not US or UK law.

Can I do everything remotely?

Company creation is now electronic via DirectEntreprise, through authorised professionals. Signatures, legalisation of foreign documents and bank onboarding may need specific arrangements; we set them out in the quote. Foreign founders
