What budget should I plan for an SARL or SARL AU?
The essential official fees (negative certificate, trade register, legal notice) generally amount to a few thousand dirhams at most, based on secondary sources we reviewed. Professional fees and, where relevant, a business address come on top. Foreign founders should also budget for translation and legalisation of documents.
