A new company must keep accounts and meet tax and social deadlines from the start. Planning ahead avoids penalties.
Availability: bookkeeping is carried out by a qualified accounting professional (chartered or certified accountant). Arrangement to be confirmed: direct service or partner.
Obligations to plan for
- Compliant bookkeeping and record retention
- Periodic tax returns (VAT depending on regime, corporate income tax, etc.) on the DGI portal
- CNSS social filings if you employ staff
- Annual filing of financial statements
- Updating the trade register after any change
Rates and deadlines change with each Finance Act: refer to the DGI.
