After company registration in Morocco: organise the handover
Registration is not the end of business follow-up. Collect the issued records, establish a supporting-document workflow and identify who prepares, approves, submits and pays applicable returns.
Recover the formation records
Check the articles and registration documents actually received. List issued identifiers and outstanding records. Bookkeeping requires reliable activity, date and transaction information: a missing record should not be replaced by an assumption.
Set up a document workflow
Organise purchase and sales invoices, bank statements and cash evidence by period. Identify initial expenses and capital movements with supporting records. Name a person to send documents and answer the provider’s questions. Banking information should not be sent through the public form.
Separate accounts, filings and payments
Bookkeeping, closing, preparing a return, submitting it and paying it are distinct tasks. Establish which are included in the quotation. Request a calendar appropriate to the tax regime, activity and company situation, confirmed against DGI guidance, rather than applying one generic calendar to every business.
When you employ staff
Define payroll follow-up and check applicable social obligations with CNSS. CIMR depends on affiliation. Company creation is not evidence that later employer returns have been completed. Assign approval of payroll inputs, submission and payment to named responsible people.
