Tax declarations vs social declarations: what differs?
Tax returns concern the company’s tax regime and transactions with DGI. Social declarations concern social schemes and payroll with relevant bodies, including CNSS and CIMR according to affiliation.
What to prepare
- VAT, IS, IR and withholding: check tax applicability
- CNSS: review employer social obligations
- CIMR: check affiliation and scheme-specific inputs
- Payroll data may feed several distinct declarations
How do you avoid misunderstandings?
Request an organisation-specific calendar and clear preparation, approval, submission and payment responsibilities. Payroll processing is not proof that all declarations were filed. Sociora can prepare and supervise annual état 9421 as applicable; applicability needs checking with DGI.
