Official fees vs professional fees: what you actually pay

Comparing formation offers only makes sense once you separate what goes to the authorities from what pays the professional.

Short answer

What's the difference?

Official fees are set by public bodies (OMPIC, trade register…) or are mandatory third-party costs (legal notice). Professional fees pay for the provider's work: advice, drafting the articles, preparing and following the file.
