How to compare accounting quotes in Morocco
Compare scope, deliverables and responsibilities, not only a monthly price. Bookkeeping, closing, returns, payroll and financial oversight are not automatically one bundled service.
Describe the same engagement to each provider
Specify periods, approximate document volume, bank accounts, any employees and the condition of existing accounts. Identify known backlogs without sharing sensitive data. A quote for current accounts is not comparable to an engagement that includes catch-up work.
Check what you will receive
Ask which journals, trial balances, analyses or statements are delivered and how often. Separate closing accounts from tax returns. A financial-management dashboard serves business decisions and is not another name for bookkeeping.
Allocate approval, submission and payment
Specify who supplies evidence, answers discrepancies and approves data. Confirm whether preparing and submitting returns are included and who makes payments. A price does not establish inclusion of a task that is not named.
Plan for corrections and handover
Ask about exclusions, extra-work conditions, earlier-period recovery and return of data at the end. Sociora fees are quoted for an agreed scope; no unverified monthly price is announced. This comparison framework is Sociora’s practical guidance, not an official standard or evidence of a regulated qualification.
